As the lead visual designer and assistant manager at Pier 1 Imports, I oversaw all aspects of visual design and store display management. My responsibilities included creating visually appealing displays, coordinating seasonal transitions, and ensuring that the store maintained a cohesive and attractive aesthetic. I also played a key role in training and managing a team to execute visual concepts effectively.
